Land O' Lakes is an unincorporated community in central Pasco County that took its name in a 1950 public naming contest celebrating roughly 50 natural lakes packed into about 18 square miles. The census-designated place counted 35,929 residents in 2020 and anchors one of Tampa Bay's active growth corridors, with master-planned communities such as Connerton and Bexley rising along the Suncoast Parkway and State Road 54. U.S. 41 — Land O' Lakes Boulevard — remains the community's traditional main street.
